RULES

Golden Rule
1. CREDIT.
a. If on DeviantART, LINK BACK in deviation description. SUPER EASY, FOLKS.
b. If NOT of DeviantART, STILL LINK BACK. Copy the URL, put it in the description. STILL SUPER EASY.
c. If on a personal website, STILL LINK BACK. There is no reason for you to be unable to do this. You have room for a copyright at the bottom of your website, yes? Then you have room for my name. absense-stock. That's all you have to do. NOT HARD.
d. If not digital or on the web, a mention would be nice, but not necessary. This is honestly because I cannot police it, nor will I ever find out probably.

Usage
YES, you can:
a. Use my stock for art. That is why I have a stock account. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK.
b. Use art containing my stock for prints. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK.
c. Upload art containing my stock to facebook, myspace, sheezyart, etc. etc. etc. wherever. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK.
d. Use my stock or art containing my stock for website/blog/whatever layout. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK.
e. Seeing a pattern here?

NO, you can not:
a. Use a stock photo to claim it is you.
b. Upload unedited stock and say it is art. It's not.

ABOUT:
a. BANDS AND MUSIC. YES, you can use this stock for album art. I don't care if you play out of your garage, or if you're fucking Tool. YOU CAN USE IT. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK.
b. LOGOS AND BUSINESS RELATED. YES, you can use this stock for cards, websites, logos, whatever. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK. However, it would be decent if you at least notified me. I like to know what my eyeball is representing these days.
c. POSTERS AND MERCH AND MISC. YES. YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK.

CONTACT: If it is important and requires a speedy response (assuming you've read the above and still aren't convinced), APPROPRIATELY TITLE THE NOTE YOU SEND ME. If you just title it 'Stock', I won't know it is important.

About the stock artist:

In Japanese form　（はな　くろい）, my name means 'black flower'. I've been on deviantART for six years, in various forms. I'm 18. I write fantasy fiction, I draw (traditional and digital), I paint (mostly traditional), I photograph, I photomanipulate, I sing, and occasionally I dance.
In short, I make coffee for a living. In long, I work for one of the driving forces behind specialty coffee, as well as one of the top independent cafes in the nation. This means I burn the shit out of myself on a $6,000 machine. Awesome.
To get an idea of the music I like, Pandora some of The Knife, Anoushka Shankar, Boards of Canada, or Azam Ali.
I speak rudimentary German and Japanese. I know entirely way too much about nothing. I can and will talk about anything with anyone. That said, feel free to ask for my MSN messenger address.
